Observations

  • The outbreak continues to accelerate globally, and does not display any signs of slowing down. (see Global daily new cases above)
  • The US continues to experience its largest outbreak since March, though the daily case rate trend broke this week instead of breaking another record.
  • Spain is experiencing a renewed outbreak, after linear case counts throughout June.
  • Oregon continues to experience its worst outbreak to date, consistently breaking daily new case records. The past few days, however, have tapered.
